Healthcare workers represented by UFCW 3000 are asking working people in our community to join them for an informational picket at 11:30 AM on Monday, July 13th at the Capital Medical Center (900 Capital Mall Dr. SW, Olympia WA 98502 - click here for a map) to expose MultiCare’s union-busting activities.

Since unionizing last year, healthcare workers at Capital Medical Center have been bargaining for a first contract with MultiCare for months. Unfortunately, MultiCare has deployed anti-union tactics at the bargaining table, and UFCW 3000 believes they have repeatedly violated federal labor law in their recent communications to these newly unionized healthcare professionals.
