Stand With SEIU 1199 Workers On October 1st In Lacey
Updated On: Sep 24, 2025

SEIU 1199NW members working at the Providence At Home With Compassus hospice have been bargaining with management for months with the goal of raising standards and benefits so their patients can receive the best quality of care. Unfortunately, the union says since private equity company Compassus took over Providence At Home, quality of care at the facility has diminished and workers' benefits have been changed without bargaining.

It’s time to let Compassus know that our community stands with these vital healthcare workers! Join SEIU 1199NW members at an informational picket at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 1st at the Compassus Lacey Hospice (4200 6th Ave SE, 201, Lacey, WA, 98503 - click here for a map.) Raise your voice and tell Compassus to bargain a fair contract with these workers who care for some of the most vulnerable.
