TLM Labor Is Headed To… SPOKANE Pride?

Representatives from the Thurston - Lewis - Mason Central Labor Council will be making the trip to Spokane Pride on June 14, 2025.
Why? Because, as CLC President Rachelle Martin says, solidarity means going into an environment where people need help and support, not just staying in a safe corner while other people are struggling. “It’s important that groups with the privilege of being embedded in communities that are safe for their marginalized populations go to communities that would benefit from that privilege instead of suffering in isolation,” Martin said.
TLM Labor hopes that working people in our region will attend their local Pride events - but we also hope they’ll follow these Delegates' example by showing their solidarity with our LGBTQ+ siblings in areas that are not as accepting of marginalized people. Our Labor movement stands with all working people - in big urban areas like Olympia, and all across the state.
