This participatory workshop is designed to give you practical tools for building union solidarity in your workplace, and help you to
- Understanding the impact of racism
- Talk about the importance of undoing racism in the workplace
- Connect with other union members in our region on topics related to:
- Ending harassment at work
- The history of racism as a tool to divide the working class
- Building solidarity across race and ethnicity
